Required documents
Please contact the Columbia License Office (573-474-4700) for the documentation required for a new, renewal, or replacement photo identification (i.e., state ID). VAC assists with the fee payment only.

- Mon and Fri- 9:00am to 12:00pm (Noon) and 1:00pm to 4:00pm
