City of Kansas City, MO Targeted Minor Home Repair, Special Northeast and Marlborough Targeted programs assist eligible residents in targeted areas who are in need of home repairs. They also offer the City Home Repair Program, which helps Kansas City residents that live outside the targeted neighborhoods.

Live in a targeted neighborhood area. Call or go to website for specific areas. Homeowners who own only one single family property and reside there, have not received home repair assistance from the City in the last five years, and meet household income guidelines (in most cases, Very Low Income 50% HUD Guidelines).
