Must have a need for adequate housing and willingness to partner and earn "sweat equity"
The family must have enough income to buy the home with the no-profit, no-interest mortgage that Habitat provides

Persons interested in submitting an application are required to register for and attend one homeownership session (two-three hours in length and child care is not provided), for more information call 417-829-4001, ext. 105

Builds homes in partnership with low-income individuals or families; provides home repairs, roof maintenance and repair and weatherization for low-income homeowners. Also provides homeowner education, post-purchase financial seminars, tutoring, and ongoing counseling. A United Way of the Ozarks partner agency (www.uwozarks.com).
HFHS builds and repairs homes in Greene County. Applications can come from Christian, Greene or Webster counties.
