AT&T Language line is available if necessary

Call for intake. Doctor can fax or phone in referrals. A patient referral must include physician orders for home health care.

Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. If home health care is not a covered service arrangements can be made for a self-pay option if the patient qualifies.
